7u72 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7u72 website accessible at 7u72.io and all associated services, products, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 7u72 account and uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins credits, or other non-withdrawable value awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 7u72 Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7u72 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to have been unmet, with all funds subject to forfeiture.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 7u72 Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. 7u72 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 7u72 Platform. The operation of duplicate accounts — regardless of the device, IP address, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7u72 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and permanently block registration from the relevant player.

2.5 Account Verification. 7u72 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with recent proof of residential address. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7u72 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. 7u72 recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7u72 support immediately at [email protected]. 7u72 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution. 7u72 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to report the issue promptly or has contributed to the security breach through negligence.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 7u72 account at any time by contacting support. Where a real-money balance remains at the time of closure, 7u72 will process a withdrawal to your registered Supported Payment Method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.

3.4 Account Suspension by 7u72. 7u72 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account has been compromised; (c) the account holder is engaged in Prohibited Conduct; or (d) legal or regulatory requirements necessitate such action. Where an account is closed by 7u72 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 7u72 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No other currency is accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the 7u72 payments page, which may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Supported Payment Methods. 7u72 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 7u72 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account they use belongs to them and is registered in their own name.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's 7u72 account within sixty (60) seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the sending institution. 7u72 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes to bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times represent targets rather than guarantees; actual times may vary based on payment provider volumes and verification status. 7u72 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard bKash and Nagad transfers; charges imposed by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be satisfied or the bonus forfeited before real-money balances can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7u72 account.

4.6 Declined Transactions. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spin credits, and other promotional offers made available by 7u72 are subject to the specific terms stated in the corresponding promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to claim the 7u72 welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000, subject to the minimum qualifying deposit threshold and the wagering requirements published on the promotions page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household address, device, and payment method.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities are considered Bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matched or offsetting bets.
• Using automated systems to place bets for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements.
• Exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. 7u72 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.6 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions. 7u72 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before its stated end date, 7u72 will take reasonable steps to notify affected players. Bets already placed under the terms of a promotion will be honoured at the time they were accepted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 7u72 Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules. 7u72 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. In the absence of an official result, 7u72 will use the result declared by a reputable independent data provider. 7u72's settlement decision is final, subject only to manifest error.

6.3 Manifest Error. Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the odds offered — including incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction or human error — 7u72 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake. A manifest error is defined as an error that was, or reasonably ought to have been, apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet.

6.4 Incomplete Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as stated on the Platform at the time the bet was accepted. Where no specific rule applies, 7u72 may void the bet and return the stake at its discretion.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino game outcomes on the 7u72 Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the game studios listed on the Platform, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u72 Platform. Any Player found engaging in any of the following activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending bets and bonuses voided, and any balance withheld pending investigation:

• Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or through a third party.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the 7u72 Platform — including but not limited to the 7u72 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, databases, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 7u72 or is used under licence from third parties. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. 7u72 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 7u72.

8.3 Third-Party Content. 9 Limitation of Liability

9.4 Liability Cap. To the extent that 7u72 is found liable to a Player for any cause, 7u72's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7u72, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10 Privacy & Data
